Automated Parallel Nitrogen Evaporator

The RayKol Auto EVA 80 system is the second generation of high-throughput, automated nitrogen-flow evaporation systems.

The Auto EVA 80 evaporator features a "needle following" function to keep the optimal distance between needle tips and liquid level, and to ensure efficient and parallel evaporation for sample concentration and to ensure gas above samples always guarded by positive-pressure nitrogen gas, to avoid any oxygen and moist from the air; hence, to achieve efficient and parallel concentration to all samples.

Key Features:

  • High throughput - simultaneous evaporation of up to 80 samples
  • Multi-channel design and compact size Individual gas flow control for each channel
  • Quick-disassemble nitrogen purge needle, easy to clean and use
  • 3 transparent windows for clear observation of the sample rack and evaporation process
  • Sample racks are interchangeable between automated systems. The Auto EVA system racks are compatible and interchangeable with those used by the Fotector Plus automated solid-phase extraction system, avoiding repetitive and time-consuming sample transfers between systems
  • Integrated touchscreen and direct software control.

Protection and Safety:

  • Integrated aspirator with active exhaust duct to minimize the risk of reagent exposure
  • Separate nitrogen purge module and water bath heating module to ensure maximum user safety
  • Automatic detection of air source pressure and shutdown in the event of low pressure; Low water and dry alarm.

Specification:

  • Concentration: Water bath heating and nitrogen blowing
  • Nitrogen channel: 8
  • Sample capacity: 80, 48
  • Sample vials: 10 to 100mL
  • Range of flow rate: 0 to 3.0L/min, precise to 0.1L/min
  • Software interface: 10 inch built-in touch screen
  • Dimension: 40cm x 48cm x 54cm - weight 48kg
  • Fume hood/ventilation: Required
  • Operating temperature 10 to 40°C
  • Operating humidity 20 to 80%.

Among the various applications:
sample concentration in the analysis of water, soil, and gas samples, pesticide and veterinary drug residue detection, biochemical analysis, pharmaceuticals, and polymer materials
